Refund policy

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused and in their original packaging.

Custom or personalized items are final sale and cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged or defective.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days after the return is received and inspected.

If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos so we can help.

Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item was damaged or incorrect.
